Privacy policy

This policy covers information submitted through this website. It does not cover information exchanged under a signed agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

What is collected

Two things, and nothing else:

• Information you enter on the Post-Close Review form. Name, work email, and company are required. Every other field is optional.
• Your answers to the Post-Close Governance Check, if you choose to attach them to a review request.

AFC does not ask for confidential asset detail, owner names, operator account information, title documents, or financial statements through this website, and asks that you do not submit them here.

How it is used

• To respond to your request.
• To determine whether a Post-Close Review is a reasonable next step.
• To send you a confirmation of your request.

AFC does not sell information submitted through this website and does not share it with third parties for advertising. Information may be held in the business systems AFC uses to run its own operation, such as a customer record system, an email provider, and a scheduling provider.

Consent

The review form asks you to confirm that AFC may contact you about your request. Submitting the form is not consent to marketing. AFC will not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

Cookies and measurement

This website sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics or advertising script. Page and interaction counts are recorded on AFC systems without a cookie and without an identifier for you.

If you take the Governance Check, your answers are held in your own browser session so that the review form does not ask you the same questions again. That data is cleared when you close the tab and is never used as a record of your submission.

Retention

Review requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the commercial conversation, and are then removed. Requests that receive no reply are removed within twelve months unless you ask AFC to keep them.

Deletion and access

You can ask AFC to send you a copy of what it holds about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to johnathan@afcroyalties.com with the word Privacy in the subject line.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page. Material changes are noted at the top of the page.
